Christmas 2009

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! Today was so much fun! Last night we had some great friends over that made our Christmas Eve special even though we were away from our families this holiday! We stayed up rather late...but it was not late enough for Bella! She was up bright and early, came storming in our room, and said, "Mommy, Daddy! Santa Come!" She was so excited, she could not stop playing with all her new toys all day! It really was a day of total relaxation, we stayed in our jammies, and watched the girls play with their new toys. Although I must add that Maddy's favorite toy was wrapping paper. She did figure out how to make it fun and exciting! Good Ol' Saint Nick was rather generous to our girls this year!

Here is Bell and Daddy setting up the cookies and milk for Santa!

Here she is right in front of the tree, right before bed time!

Enjoying all her amazing toys from the big Man!

Maddy was not to sure what to think of the entire morning!

We finally got up and got dressed at about 3 and headed out to the Ale House for dinner around 5:30ish. We then headed over to watch the movie 2012, which in my opinion was pretty freaky! there are now T-4 days until we get to head out to California and see my parents, Mr. and Mrs Taylor and of course, Jer's brother and wife Nicole (whom he has not seen in over a year) and their precious baby girl, our new niece, baby Kiley who is only a few weeks old. Here are a couple of pictures and videos for everyone to enjoy!

Merry Christmas!

December 24th 2007

I have been wanting to get one of these set up for a long time. I have a few friends that have some pretty amazing blogs and it inspired me to create one of our own to share with our family and friends near and far!

Today is Christmas Eve and our little family is kind of just hanging around. We slept in, took nice long showers, talked to Grammy and Grampy, Grandma, and then decided to head out for a bite to eat and some last minute ingredients for this amazing soup recipe off a friend of mines recipe blog. Jeremy is currently taking a nap while I am getting this blog set up while my babysitter, (Dora), is keeping my girls occupied!

I can't believe that Madelyn (Maddy) is already five months old! She is amazing! She has been sitting up for a few weeks now and is just starting to cut a tooth! She loves watching Bella and observing the way she does things. She just thinks Bella is the COOLEST!!

Here she is on Daddy's back at Sea World!

Bella is loving the whole I am a big girl/big sister role! She adores Maddy; a little rough with her, but you can tell she is enamored by Maddy and vice versa. She wants Maddy to sleep with her and eat with her and go play on the slide with her etc. Hopefully this lasts! She has been attending a one day a week play-school since September and she is doing rather well! Her teachers Ms. Ali and Ms. April say she is very, very bright but rather clumsy! A two year old she has indeed become!

Here she is hugging a Christmas Penguin up at the "North Pole" (Sea World). She is becoming quite the young child now, not so much a toddler anymore!

Sea World was so much fun this year! I have to say it was quite the impulsive, last minute get up and go decision. We left early that afternoon and came home late that night, but it was well worth the effort! Bella loved visiting the North Pole! She loved Shamu and all the lights and Christmas trees. It was an extremely special day for both Jeremy and I. You never understand how amazing bringing children into this world is until every cute funny thing that they do just makes your heart melt! Seeing her reaction to the ever-famous Shamu was something that neither Jeremy nor I will ever forget. Below is a short video of all the "snow" falling on Boo-Boo at Sea World Orlando! Merry Christmas Eve!
